Philip M. Cohen is the CEO of Care Media Holdings Corp. and its brands PetCARE TV, Women’s HealthCARE TV and KidCARE TV. After being a Director of Special Markets with Twentieth Century Fox, Phil used the newly emerging technology to explore new business opportunities. While working with Warner Brothers, Twentieth Century Fox, Screenplay, and C3, Phil developed his “Place-Based Media” or “Captive Audience” business model. During his career Phil worked with major advertisers such as K-Mart, American Express, Kraft Foods, Tropicana and Coppertone to develop video programming and supermarket advertising. Currently Phil has decided to focus on the medical waiting room.
